Verdict
Neverdry, in Bang Yai on the Nonthaburi side, is the cheaper of the two: about 600 THB an hour in the morning, 700 THB midday and from 800 THB in the evening (as of October 2026), with board, vest and coaching included. Its standout is a shallow, clear-water beginner pool separate from the intermediate pool with a kicker and slider, which makes it the more reassuring choice for children and nervous adults. Food and craft beer are on site, it is near the Purple Line's Talad Bang Yai station, and bookings go through Facebook messages.
WakeGarden, opposite Mega Bangna, opened in February 2026 and is about 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi. Hourly rates run from around 800 THB in the morning to 1,200 THB at peak, again with gear and coaching included. It is easier to plan around: you book and pay online, with a 48-hour cancellation window, and the instructors focus on getting first-timers standing. There is one kicker for now.
West-side families, riders on a budget and anyone using the Purple Line should pick Neverdry. East-side riders, visitors landing at Suvarnabhumi and anyone who prefers instant online booking should pick WakeGarden.
